I ordered two different deluxe edition cosplay dresses. I was emailed shortly after saying that the product had been updated. The photos were of the regular version of both. The price was never adjusted. I am not impressed even though the products were of good quality.

Nice to see custom orders for a reasonable extra price for people who don't fit the standard size charts! After receiving order I should have added more than the standard "moving space of two fingers" on the measurements as the shirt and jacket were a little snug. At least it looks good!

Im satisfied with my order, its turned out well. Most of it fits me, though the customer support has been horrible on answering me. Took them a whole 2 weeks to respond to my emails and messages

It was a little tight, but then again the measurements were exactly my own as what they had in the chart. Seriously fit like a glove. Love it!

This is my go to company for costuming. The materials and workmanship are top rate. Easy to order, no frustrating 20 questions- measurements and conversions. This makes it possible to buy for gifts too! This is my 2nd purchase from them and most likely not my last.

The website is nice but sometimes I wish you had more photos of the product and the price is a big issue with me since sometimes the shipping is just as much as the item I'm buying.

I am very happy with my poison ivy wig. It looks exactly like the photo and arrived much sooner than i expected it to. I will definitely order more products.

I'm very satisfied with the overall quality and professionalism of the costume. I had mine custom made. There was one hiccup where the inside seam was made 2 inches shorter than my measurements, but with the shoes, it won't be noticeable. I was contacted about this mistake before hand, which I was thankful of. Overall, I love the costume. Thank you!

Having never heard of or used ezcosplay before, I was a little sceptical as to whether I would receive the items I ordered and the quality of such. I have to say, the items were better than I could have ever expected AND they were delivered very quickly. Highly recommend!

I am very satisfied with this Anna's Dress. The picture doesn't honor the quality of this dress. The only thing I would improve is the can can that goes under the skirt. The quality of this item is not good at all. Mine arrived and just taking it out of the bag it broke a little. :/
