Overall I love my boots. I do find it odd that the dimensions given were identical on bot sets but the Jedi boots are bigger... not horrible but definately will need a liner to keep my feet in place.
I've gotten many wigs from EZ and have always loved the quality. My orders have always came in super quickly, however, shipping is very pricy, and I would be more likely to order from EZ more often if Shipping wasn't so high.
This website was easy to use and were very courteous to me in a previous email.

Overall it was good because it had the measurement chart for each size and it had a tutorial on how to take your measurements which was handy. I kinda wish I could have input my custom measurements in centimeteres.
The costume fit perfectly and the pants even had pockets which I didn't expect! I'm very satisfied with the product And would definitely buy from here again.

I ordered Rey from the last Jedi outfit.
I like the pants and belts. The colour of the costume vest is brown when in the movie it's dark green ish grey almost black. The white arm wraps were kind of a joke. The leather arm guard for the wrist is way to big.
I was happy with how fast the shipping was. And if I had any questions they replied very quickly. But I don't think I'll be ordering from there again.
The Dva suit was really good but the armor and gloves were terrible and didnt fit
The wig I bought came in a timely manner and was in good condition. Overall it was a great buy.

Easy to use and clear to understand, but i should have made a note to take a measurement of my neck so the shirt fit properly.
I really appreciate the option for custom size cosplay, since I and many others don't easily conform to standard sizes. The range of cosplay options and all of the detailed accessories that come with them is amazing compared to most other online stores and sellers I have seen; most of the time I would have to go hunting for everything separately at higher rates, but everything is completely packaged together at a reasonable price and you can even request other accessories like wigs, shoes and props. As for the service, I am happy to report that it has been fantastic! All of my queries during the tailoring and delivery period were answered promptly and clearly. And as a special mention, I want to thank ezcosplay for going above and beyond in trying to make sure I had my cosplay on time; I had several different orders to be filled and I could only afford to make one of them express shipping, which naturally led to the bulk of them not certain to be delivered in time for the convention I will be attending. I had only the expectation of receiving that one cosplay order on time, so to my pleasant surprise when I opened my package upon delivery there were actually two cosplay bundled in what should only have been one express order. I can only interpret it as a gesture of goodwill in choosing to package them together so I would have them on time despite separate shipping costs, which not many stores in my experience would be willing to do. The cosplay were made beautifully, fit very well, and were packaged in the most professional manner I've seen, including a useful drawstring bag to easily carry your cosplay. All told, I am beyond satisfied with my experience and most definitely will be making ezcosplay my online store of choice for quality custom cosplay in the future!

Excellent quality
Website was moderately slow. Had to reload the page several times just to get to checkout. My internet was not an issue as I could go to any other site just fine. But other than that, nothing special.
Items ordered were intact and exactly like advertised. No bad marks or mistakes. Good quality on both items.
