Good prices for cosplay
I looked at many different sites to find my cosplay costume. This is my very first time buying a cosplay outfit and I think what I liked more about your website was the fact it asked for more detail on the measurement. I'm on the bigger side and did a custom order. All the other site just asked for the basic, but you ask for arm length and upper arm length and inseam which i though was really awesome. I was a little nervous about whether I was going to get it in time since it was custom made and it was between Chinese years. My event is for April 6 2018 and I order this at the end of Jan and got my order in the middle of Feb which was way earlier than I expected. I love everything about my cosplay and I think they did an awesome job

The costume I received was amazing quality and fits me really well. This was an excellent service.
Shipping is expensive, website does not seem mobile friendly, customer service did respond quickly but they were not the most professional based on grammatical errors I saw in the emails and short sentences when I reached out to get my address updated. I liked that shipping was fast, but I did pay for expedited. The fit of the costume was still a little off, even though i had it tailored. The quality wasn't so bad, but I would have like the costume to be a little cheaper.
The suit is a little loose in the thighs, and a few seams fell apart already, but I'm still going to wear it anyway

Very disappointed in the customer service experience when i couldn't confirm where my pkg was
The item arrived in good time and in excellent condition. The packing was appropriate and kept fragile props safe. The costume is well made and beautiful, though I cannot attest to sizing yet, as my son has not tried it on. It looks like the proper sizing, though. I am very happy with the prompt service and communication through email that I continually receive, even with ongoing orders.
