Arrived a little earlier than when I needed it, so that was great. Good service and good shipping.
It looked and felt great when I put it on but after just one day of cosplaying in it a lot of the applique was coming off as well as the stitching on many parts of the costume had come undone. I was a little disappointed as I bought a costume a few years back and I was able to wear that costume multiple times and it's still holding up nicely. I'm not sure if it was due to the fabric or what but I felt this new costume wasn't built with the came care as the other one I bought. It just seemed to 'fall apart'.
It'd be nice if the shipping cost was included in the product, or just wasn't so high.

After receiving cosplays:
We both love our cosplays. While my top half was a little bit big on me. That was my doing for not customizing my measurements. I was worried my shoulders would be just a smidge to big for a small but the skirt fit perfectly.
The costumes were comfortable to wear the whole day at our convention.
The wig was perfect aside from the under cap being a little weird in positioning for me. Kept wanting to slide off in order for it to be in the correct position. But still very nice quality. Shed very little and color was very accurate to the picture.
While the price was higher than what we were hoping to spend. (Wasn't a bad cost for what we got.) We weren't disappointed. I really like that the site let's you say when you plan to use it. While we ordered later than we should have our cosplays showed up the week of our event. While out for delivery you're also able to change the day it gets delivered if it conflicts with your schedule. I also like that they make you sign for it. Simply because I live in an apartment complex and have had packages stolen before.
Ordering was easy, although the shipping options bugged a little when changing countries. The wig I received was not quite the color i expected to get, but otherwise it was of decent quality.
Because of a language barrier, the following sentences were written with the help of googel translator.
The product is what you expect no more and no less. I would buy it again.

The manifacturer emailed me regarding the timeline which I needed to receive my order. I'm glad they took the time to let me know it may not arrive in time and the option to cancel my order if it was not acceptable.
