Easy to use website, easy entry of measurements. Hoping finished product is of the same standard. Guidelines on ship time on website were shorter than when email confirmation was received but got product in time anyway.

Amazing product! I was so extremely happy with my order. It was a custom size and it fit perfect! It was made fast, and delivered quickly too. Perfect timing for my convention. I can't wait to buy from EZcosplay again!

Everything was good, however my girlfriend ordered a costume the day after i did and she did not recieve it until after the event we needed them for.

End product did not match the photo very closely. It ended up being a "good enough" type of product but far from ideal.
The cheapest shipping cost available on my initial order was $288. I have shipped furniture from overseas, so I'm aware that this is ridiculous and not the cheapest option you could have sourced. I will attempt to buy the other piece I want elsewhere - this dropped the shipping price to $29. The extra $258 of shipping cost was just for Ruby's Scythe, and was over twice the cost of the actual item. Shipping bookcases and similar from China has incurred at most a $45 shipping fee for me, so I was horrified by this $288 shipping fee and don't understand why there was no cheaper option. The order itself was very good quality and I'm really happy with it.
Just wished I knew exactly what size vmbattery it took. It was a hassle just trying to find a battery.

The shipping was unexpectedly high. This is my first purchase and I can say confidently that it was very well worth it! I got two wigs and received them in great quality. Overall, it was a nice, easy website to browse.
Pendant arrived broken and without protection, but easily fixed.
Shoes didn't look like the item photo and were slightly too small.
