overall it was easy and fast. Good prices too. the one issue i have is that the information about the product I bought was incorrect. had me wondering if this was a knock off brand. did some research and it is the correct product.

This is my second time buying frames over here. I hope it will come quicker this time. I didn't order a prescription ones bec they got it wrong last time. But overall it's a good site.

Great experience. Only issue I had was I received a email showing my frames I picked out as sold out. Called and they stated my order has processed already.

Usually my experience with EZ is good. But last time it took a few weeks to get my order. I was left without lenses for more than a week. I would like to know ASAP how long it will take to get my lenses.

Only problem: there was no "next" or "continue" selection after my order info was entered (I don't recall the window now, and I don't remember what I hit to continue). Otherwise smooth.

I wish there were more views/angles of the classes than just 1 view/angle and I wanted to add prescription but the Dist PD doesn't allow you to select 33.5, so I'll take them to Costco, but you do have great prices on the eyeglasses

Order was confirmed as in stock and in processing on August 8. Eleven days later it was still listed as in processing. I paid for quick shipping. I contacted EZcontacts, I
Received a reply 4 days later. I received my order this morning, August 29. Twenty one days seems really slow for quick shipping.

easy and it arrived as scheduled. tracking was spot on. service from support was great, made correction to my rx after my order was submitted and it arrived correctly. Great job, thanks again.

Great service! I ordered a few things for myself. It was shipped quickly. Things are exactly as listed.

Original glasses selected were on back order from manufacturer. EZ was great at suggesting other options with a similar look and new glasses arrived within a week.

Finally received my refund for previously returned glasses. The shipment of these took some time but overall I am very pleased with the accuracy of my prescription.

I have used before and ordering is always a breeze, but struggle with the delivery. Always takes forever for some reason. I keep ordering from y'all though.

This order and delivery went very smoothly. I am still upset about the previous order I made that required numerous phone calls and took weeks to resolve!

very easy to read & pick the right item. however, the shipping took 3 weeks! that could be improved!

Everything was user friendly, customer service was very helpful. I gave 4 stars because there is no option to virtually try on the glasses and this would have been extremely helpful.

I am happy with the product just a little disappointed in how long it takes to get the order after placing it.

Would have been 5 but I was not allowed the 10% first time customer discount on a pair of sunglasses on sale.
