This was one of the worst online experiences I have had.
I had to return the eyeglasses & jumped over hoops until the service dept. sent me the label I needed to return.
They say within 10 days of receiving you will get your refund. That didn't happen. So I wrote two e-mails that I received no response from. Then you sit an the phone endlessly and listen to pretty awful music, only to then get a message that they are too busy so leave a number.
Don't hold you breath waiting for that call.
They don't answer the phone they don't respond to emails. I have no idea what the status is of my order.
I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I was reluctant at first. How in the world could I buy glasses online? Simple. Click a picture with the camera built into your computer, and when you find a pair of glasses you like at EyeFly.com, click "try on online." You'll see what they look like on you. I've never bought a pair of glasses from EyeFly that I don't love -- not ust like. And theiri price allows me to buy a pair for every color outfit I have. For the same price I'd pay for one pair of glasses, at EyeFly I can get five or more. (They get your prescription from your optomologist so the prescription needs to be accurate and up-to-date.) Decent return policy, but be on time.
