This was one of the worst online experiences I have had.
I had to return the eyeglasses & jumped over hoops until the service dept. sent me the label I needed to return.
They say within 10 days of receiving you will get your refund. That didn't happen. So I wrote two e-mails that I received no response from. Then you sit an the phone endlessly and listen to pretty awful music, only to then get a message that they are too busy so leave a number.
Don't hold you breath waiting for that call.
