I was able to find a new second pair of glasses and purchase them with my FSA card easily enough. I received notice on June 3rd they had shipped and then just received them June 17th and only after I contacted to complain. Just be a little more transparent with the customer when you, obviously, screwed up somewhere. It goes along way in this society of lies we're living in.

Other than that, good work.

Things got handled, but, it felt like I wasn't being told what the hold-up was. Be honest with your customers. Trust me, it goes a long way. A lot further than deception I can promise you.

Not quite the same as the picture. Design less defined. Took a bit for order to get here. Satisfied otherwise.

Good selection. Great prices. Web site doesn't bring you back to where you left off after 'trying on'. Difficult to shop for specific sizes.Delivery was about 3 weeks.

The delivery and tracking process seemed very unorganized. Many times we were told "your order has been delivered" only to find that was an error. We ordered on February 15th and did not receive our glasses until March 6th. I am assuming their delivery guarantee is only business days but I do know that many other competitor websites I have received my glasses within 5-7 days. Otherwise, I am happy with the product

EyeBuyDirect provides great deals, especially when compared to private eyecare providers. However I believe that higher prescriptions should also weigh options from other companies. Although EyeBuyDirect's frames are very cheap, the costs for lenses tends to drive the price up especially if the prescription is higher.
I needed to order new frames to replace my original frames, which broke after less a year of wear. The return process was a little fuzzy as I did not see a return request button. I emailed customer service and they responded very promptly!

Seemed easy to order. Nice styles to choose from. I like the Try On feature! The low nosed bridge glasses are not designed well enough for my bridge so had to add stick-on pads. Decided just to keep them rather than return.

Coupon in email said buy one get one free + free shipping. It gave me free shipping and charged me full price for both pair of glasses. I called customer service & they gave me a 20% discount.
My challenge is my new glasses give me headaches. I'm not sure what to do about that. I have a pair of glasses from Sam's Club with the same prescription. They don't give me a headache.
The progressive lenses don't change much at all. Totally not worth the extra I paid for them.

I thought the discount was greater than it was. Customer service helped me understand where to look next time to better understand the sale. The lady I spoke with gave me a 20% off. I was grateful for her help.

Overall it was a good experience as usual. Price was excellent. Still have problems adjusting frame to my face.

Ordering was easy. Choosing friends was pleasant due to being able to upload a picture of my face and seeing glasses on it. A prescription on the top half of the glasses is excellent. The right lens, with its progressive change seems hard to get used to than the left lens. The progressive area seems too high and too close to center of the lens. I'm working with the nose pads to try and adjust lenses down and to the right to help the problem out.

This was fairly easy, had to consult with the doctor to get some clarifying info but it was easy. When I received my glasses they didn't fit quite right and need some adjusting. The issue is that I have to take them in to somewhere to have a professional make some minor adjustments. That can't happen with this product, it's the only thing at issue. Not a huge deal really!

The website is informative and easy to navigate; the prices are very compelling, both for the frames and for the lenses. My only difficulty is that even though detailed dimensions are given for each frame and I can "try them on" with a photo, I've had varied success with finding right-fitting frames. I bought four glasses so far; two fit quite well, two are a bit wider than is comfortable, but not so bad that I would return them. I'll get some wear out of these as well, but they are not as snug on my face as I would like them to be.

I like this website because of the discounts and overall being cheaper than getting them at the doctor's office. Still, I did get the wrong frames from what I ordered. I really needed them so I decided not to complain too much, but they gave me a really unflattering bright color when I ordered dark frames. I have ordered from them before and it was fine so this might be a fluke. But just be mindful of mistakes.

Buying a random pair of glasses online without trying them on? I tried it just because i have been curious about ordering online glasses. I got the rimless pair and I like them. I guessed at what I thought I would like (even though they have the virtual try on). The rimless took longer to adjust to since there is nothing to see around my eyes. I've worn glasses for about 10 yrs and they are just as good as the in store version. I would definitely buy them again. They do have a long delivery though. It took about 2 weeks to get them.

I've bought two pairs of glasses at EyeBuyDirect, this third just didn't work out. They didn't fit my face well. I also with there were more options that weren't black. The service, the site: excellent.

I had started a return and never received the mailing label. I called and the problem was rectified immediately.

Thank you for giving an option to Luxotica. And your prices are still a bit better than Warby Parker. However, since I have no idea how the actual glasses would feel or fit, I wish I could try it on first.

After buying a pair at the optometrist, I took that info and bought a "backup" pair on EyeBuyDirect. Now my backup is my main pair. It was less expensive and I felt the freedom to try a fun color (because they were cheaper) and I'm glad. I really like these. The website was really helpful to make the decision. The sunglasses are perfect too! Delivery packaging was goodno worries about them breaking or being damaged.

Ordered with ease. Glasses fit great! Price was so reasonable I didnt need to use insurance. Im wearing my second pair lenses are even better in these.

We loved the site. Just got confused about shipping. We chose to pay an extra $20 to get the glasses sooner. We thought that meant we would receive them in 2-7 days. But after not receiving them for almost 2 weeks we called and were told that it takes up to two weeks just to make the glasses and that extra money was just to expedite the shipping process. Somehow this should be made clear throughout the process. Thanks for a great product.

Great Product, Great Price, Delivery took a while (might be the USPS fault as they have take recently forever). The shopping experience was great too especially I liked the search function by specific measurements. What i did not like was that they advertised certain lens types and then apparently did not have a single frame for that type of lens.

Was a little irritated when ordering as I picked 10 pairs and at checkout was told I could only order 6 because it was my first order. This caused two shipping charges. Called customer service and they could not help or see my cart due to it being my first order. I usually order from Clearly but like the frames with EyeBuyDirect better at this time. Maybe Clearly in the end will have better service. We'll see.
Prices are good but slightly more than Clearly.
Update: I went to order the glasses over two orders and i had to pay two shipping charges AND it was to cost $40 more for same order.
Not impressed.

The site is so easy to use, the glasses really are quality and look great. And you can't beat the prices! The only feedback I'll give is that my brothers prescription is strong and he's super limited on shades options, I'm glad I found one but if y'all could expand on that, I'd be super grateful!

I've bought things at this establishment and found their specifications to be satisfactory for my purposes. On the infrequent occasion in which the product did not meet the required specifications, the staff of the establishment was able to rectify said specifications to my liking - after an initial misstart in the area of customer service protocol. The reduction in cost by coded input at checkout is worthwhile to the customer.
