“Avoid at all cost!”

I was told the shipping would be free, but when I received my package two weeks later I had to pay 80$ for shipping. I refused the package and asked for a complete refund. I was told that the 80$ plus return fee would be removed from the total price of my refund. Unacceptable hidden shipping fees, avoid at all cost!

Faulty goods sent, painfully slow to respond to emails, Useless, rude, and the returns and refund service VERY slow, the whole experience has been the worst ever online.

My experience of this company has been terrible and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I bought shoes from their Ebay store and they sent me a pair which had very bad cosmetic damage to the leather which was like unacceptable marks streaking the leather. I emailed them with photos, reasonable and polite questions and complaints about the product over 5 times via both Ebay and their direct sales email address and I did not get one single response. I ended up having to call them over the phone to ask how to get everything resolved and they said they emailed a return code a while ago via which I needed to quote when returning the damaged goods. I double checked my junk emails and nothing was there. I asked them to forward this original email they sent so that I could see they had actually sent it. They did not forward the original but sent a brand new email.
The man on the phone said if they had sent damaged goods my postage would be refunded also as long as I sent them receipts as proof and photos of the damaged shoes. I did everything they said (which was a large amount of administration and lots of my time wasted due to their poor service) and since my last email providing scans of the receipts, and photos of the faulty shoes, they have not responded to me at all and I have had no refund for the return postage. Ignoring customer emails is totally unprofessional and shows them to have appalling business practice. They refunded the cost of the shoes eventually but they have still not refunded my postage costs. I feel this was very unfair and I also think it's unfair that I had to go through so much administration due to their mistakes. My personal experience of this company is that they do not deliver what they promise, sell poor quality products, have extremely bad customer service and potentially will cause you a headache due to having to chase them up with no response when things go wrong.
