As a first time customer, the plaques turned out even better than I imagined they would! Even though I included explicit info for each plaque, 3 of them were incorrect when I received my order. I called, and they said they would fix immediately. They arrived the day before I needed them and looked amazing like the others. They were a HUGE hit at our end of the season basketball party, and were a perfect way to remember our season. Shipping charges were reasonable, and one of the reasons I chose to use Express Medals. Looking forward to ordering again in the future!

I procrastinated on ordering the medals but had to confirm the idea with the other coach. We're not all about participation trophies, but for young kids, a medal to remember the season is something that they can be proud of and look back to for the rest of their lives. Great time on delivery and it was about overall great product
I ordered 12 medals but not all of them are same quality. Some of them were not as good as the others. The shape was blurry in several of them. And doesn't have all the details.

I loved the variety of medals displayed. Could an option to have the images enlarged with a magnifying glass be added to the site? Could other display options include seeing the medals attached to the variety of ribbons that you apply? Customer service, response time, and delivery were all quick, adequate, and overall wonderful!
