The only thing that is confusing is where you put in what you want engraved. Just the wording on the order, you aren't sure you are getting the engraving.

My experience with Expressmedals.com has been wonderful! As soon as I received my order I looked through all the items and noticed that during shipping two of my items were damaged during shipping. I contacted Expressmedals.com and they remedied the matter by replacing my two items with no questions asked. Wonderful customer service!
