I was late ordering the medals and Trophies, all required engraving. They knocked the order out very quickly and sent me the order without having to expedite the shipping. Everything came perfect. It was a relief for my lack of planning.

Selection is excellent and products look great! Shipping is a bit expensive to Switzerland but that's not your fault.:-) The medals are perfect! Exactly what we wanted. Customer service was fabulous when there was a problem locating my order, which has since arrived safely. The package was stuck in the Swiss customs for awhile because of insufficient information about the value, so perhaps provide more details the next time you are shipping abroad. Otherwise I am absolutely satisfied and will use your company again if we ever need a similar product. Thank you!
