Have been a customer of Express Medals for many years. I am absolutely amazed by the quality of their customer service! I sent an email today and they responded immediately to all of them! Lucky I didn't leave my computer! The quality of their medals is amazing also. I live in Australia and choose to keep my business with Express medals, even though the currency exchange and shipping is obviously much more expensive than within the U.S. I don't believe any other company can compete with the quality and price of the product. I have done my research. Highly recommended. Thanks again!
