Highly recommend that you check the system that allowed two shipping labels to be printed for our order and didn't provide shipping/tracking updates via email. When I checked the tracking number manually from your site the label showed as shipped AND then cancelled which added more stress during a busy race prep time. After I called, the issue was resolved.
This was my first experience with Expressmedals.com. I was happy with the turn around time.
Great price. Fast delivery. Will definitely order again. Just a shame you don't deliver trophies to Australia!

I will now be ordering all of my medals and trophies from Expressmedals. The whole process was very simple and the product was more than what I expected. The only thing I would recommend is regarding the delivery. While placing my order I was told I would receive the free 5 day shipping which should have my order here on a Friday but then I received an email saying I would need to pay for the 3 day shipping to receive my order in time and that was almost 50 additional dollars. They should be open on the weekend to process orders. Other than that I love this place and now I know for the future to place my order a lot more in advance so that I have the free shipping
