Always fast service and orders are correct
Quick and easy, fast service
In the past I have had great service and good products. This year, the trophies sent were not the ones I ordered. I will contact customer service to have the order redone. I do expect the company will work with me, since past experience has shown this to be true.
From the look on the computer I thought these would be of a better quality even though they are acrylic. These came and looked different than what I was expecting...looked cheaper and smaller. I have ordered before and been very satisfied but these were below expectation. I am even thinking I am going to have to order something different due to how they look and feel to give to the students. We went with the acrylic to give a different look for this years recipients but am now wishing I had purchased the same ones from last year!

Delivery time was not as promised and they charged for shipping. I still haven't checked if any of the trophies were damaged.
