One of our award bases had a defect in it. Very bright, white stripe through the black base. Should have easily been caught if someone did a quality check before shipping out.

With our major tournament coming up in 5 weeks, I did not like the price or the selection of the medals from our local venders. My co-worker and I took to the internet and went searching. Express Medals had everything we needed and nothing like the cookie-cutter things we kept getting locally. I go my 530ish medals engraved and shipped to Texas within two weeks. High quality, priced well, and on time! Definitely will use them in the future.

Recieved product, it was the wrong size because the larger size advertised had been discontinued. Product received from FedEx shipping was also broken in half. Contacted customer service for full refund.
