Ive ordered crystal awards one came with the wrong spelling of the name and in the past 2yrs ago one came with the complete wrong image it came as a cheerleader not basketball but they were quick to fix the issue and send out a replacement which i recieved quickly they were quick it make it i appreciate thatthank you my overall i would order again
I would like to see more 4H choices for future events. My biggest complaint is how the ribbons were attached thru the bags on the medals. I've had to detach the ribbons from each and every medal, so that labels could be applied. Also, I never received a response to my inquiry as to the size of the label spot on the back of the medal, and had to wait for these to arrive and measure them so that I could then order my labels.
Great, but our tournament was cancelled and I returned all medals and some of the wrist bands. Waiting on a refund.
