Once again ordered and of course waited the last minute and EXPRESS METALS didn't disappoint I even forgot to add a name on one of the medals and they took the time and sent me a email saying so they have excellent customer service i will be coming back again and I have let many friends know and with our summer basketball coming up again i will definitely spread the word! When I placed the order, some medals were not in stock. A representative emailed me promptly to give me the option to wait for those medals or to substitute. I did opt to substitute. I was refunded the difference. My order arrived on time for our event. I am very pleased with our experience. Thank you!
Same as it ever was. Best deal on the 'net! We always get our awards here!
The picture of the award didn't reflect the selection, color didn't change to silver or base color to white so I wasn't sure if I had it correct. The addition of the text for each metal was very cumbersome. The layout of the screen was too large, I needed to scroll down just to hit "add to cart". No way to Edit an existing item in the cart. No way to go from cart right back to the medal that I last ordered. Overall, good selection.
