Just what I expected!
Really simple and easy to use the site, products were cheaply made and trophy was broken when I received it. Really upsetting for my child.
Received the appropriate number of everything except the yellow ribbons I was suppose to receive were instead the gold colored ribbons.
I did not see any provided area for personalization while I was placing the order. Only upon paying did I see a note to email additional personalization details. I am hoping this works.
Someone responded very quickly to my email regarding my concerns. They assured me that I would receive a sample before the engraving is done. It was PERFECT. JUST LIKE I IMAGINED IT. I would definitely do business with them again. Fast delivery and swift responses.
I was disappointed in the plastic that was put into the frames. I ordered 14 of them and many of the plastic pieces has glue spots on them which i had to wipe off. The plastic was not very straight. It was sometimes wrinkled up a bit. I liked the product just wish it had real glass or better plastic as the window frame.
Also don't know if you design these but hockey pucks don't have 3 circles on them like a bulleyes. Hockey pucks are pure black. I ended up covering up the puck with our team logo.

I have enjoyed my overall experience I enjoyed that if I had a problem I could contact them and they would make things right I would contact them if I had a question on the weekend and I got an answer and it made my whole experience so much better because I didn't have to wait till Monday. I appreciate the way they take care of their customers speaks a lot about the company and the managers they have in charge. I will definitely use this company in the future for our purchases we payed way less than we have in the past as well getting equal or better quality of items. Keep on doing what you guys are good at!
