Excellent service. Quality medals.

Was great but would be nice to be able to edit an order rather than deleting and adding it back to the cart.

The medals do not appear quite like the do on the website in person.

The engraving on one trophy is not completely finished. I would like to send it back and will call customer service. Overall experience was good.

Had some issues with my order, I put an incorrect date on when I needed them and didn't specify the type of award ribbons I wanted... they were on the phone within minutes of me placing my order online to ask me for info, also followed up with emails. They were on top of it!

So far, so good. Second purchase. For our new organization we need to keep costs down and these medals do the trick! Once I received the medals they were larger than expected. I did understand the size I was buying, but having them in your hand is way better!
