The 5K golden medals came on time and looked very professional. We also appreciated the customer service representative who answered all our question and worked with us so we would receive our custom medals in time.
Your website is great and easy to maneuver...I like your shipping policies. The only issue I had was there was no way to edit an item I had in the cart. I had to go back, reorder the item with the changes, then find the item in the cart I didn't want and delete it...very time consuming and I was nervous I wasn't going to end up with the correct items because everything I ordered was similar...just different ribbon colors...make sense? Otherwise a great experience if you hold up your promise of 5-6 day shipping so I get my medals by the date I need them :). Thanks!
Nice to be able to purchase just one medal. Thank you. The shipping was quick! The medal had the ribbon attached and even included a velvet bag with it. Very nice medal. The colors are vibrant. Love it.
Relatively easy to shop. Wish it was easier to make changes to your order from shopping cart, or go back to the item page.
