Thank you for 210 medals that I ordered for a chorus festival. All were delivered promptly and the engraving was done accurately and professionally. The medals are "heavy" and the wide strap is perfect for an upscale appearance. Our students are going to look fantastic in their performance as the medals will be part of their uniform. The medals will also serve as a long-lasting souvenir of the event. Thank you!
My initial order was incorrect, but they were quick to fix it by shipping me a new ring that matched exactly what I had requested. The ring that wasn't correct turned into a great gag gift for the guy who lost to me in the fantasy championship game. The look on his face when I handed him the 'Finalist' ring was priceless!
I needed to cancel an order a few minutes after I placed it because I found an item that I liked better. Ryan was able to efficiently help me with that with no problem!
When my order arrived, there was one trophy broken and several that had black marks on the white baseball. I was able to glue the broken one and put some white out over the black marks and the kids LOVED them!
My only suggestion is that they could have been packaged a little better with more cushion as to avoid breaking and scratching.
The ordering process is a little bit confusing, which is why I gave four stars instead of five to the overall shopping experience. I was very pleased by how fast I received my order and the quality of the medals. They are even nicer than I expected and the price was the best offered on the internet.

WOW! I was a little nervous about ordering online as you can never see the real quality and you just have to trust the description... well... let me tell you I was NOT disappointed! This was the real deal. The quality was impeccable, the display box was a beautiful unexpected touch (I may have missed that in the description!). Customer service was fast about responding to my inquiries and the delivery time was shorter than I expected. Worth every dime!
From the look on the computer I thought these would be of a better quality even though they are acrylic. These came and looked different than what I was expecting...looked cheaper and smaller. I have ordered before and been very satisfied but these were below expectation. I am even thinking I am going to have to order something different due to how they look and feel to give to the students. We went with the acrylic to give a different look for this years recipients but am now wishing I had purchased the same ones from last year!

The delivery was great. I used this company in the past, and I appreciated the hand-holding and advice I received with my previous orders. This time around, I was not getting the same customer service. It didn't feel right. I called and they asked me to use the website for the order. This year's order had an issue. I ordered medals that were not available in my time-frame. I asked for something similar and the response was, "We have so many different kinds!" "Here is a link to our football medals!" I felt like I was a burden to them, and the use of the explanation points was like yelling back at me. I went ahead and chose something, but I'm not sure if I am coming back. I miss the personal interaction these days. A.I. Is taking over and I am not a fan.
Easy website. Great pricing. Hope the medals are exactly what I want. If good product will definitely order more in the future. UPDATE AFTER RECEIVING ORDER! The medals were great, and the kids loved them. Only problem was there was a soccer medal mixed in with the boys CC medals. Thankfully, I ordered 2 extra of each style I ordered. I did this so that if for some reason something was wrong with a medal I'd have a backup. So it wasn't an issue, and I'm sure it was just a simple oversight/mistake. My daughter, who plays soccer, was quite happy to commandeer the soccer medal. So all is well! :)
