I had issues with the form quitting and having to reenter things multiple times. I also feel it should be more clearly stated how long things would take to have done, as I wanted engraving but didn't want to wait so long. Plus, custom ribbon with something printed on it should be an option. Otherwise I'm happy with what you offer and costs.

Great product. Cheapest around. Quick delivery. Great customer service. My only wish is that there was a way to put all the text right in the order instead of sending it in a separate email. After placing my order, I realized by purchased just a few more items I could qualify for free shipping. I emailed Express Medals with my changes and received a very quick response even though it was the weekend. I ended up with 15 more trophies and saved 10 bucks in the process AND the corrected order, including engraving, was received in less than 5 days. Great job Express Medals!

Not sure if it was your site or my computer, but had a few issues with items not displaying properly. Also, last year's order came with an extra ring to attach medals to ribbons. This year's order did not.

The only problem I had was that it was promised on Monday, 3/21/2016 but didn't get it until Tuesday, 3/22/2016. Wasn't happy about paying for rush shipment and not getting it. Other than that, very satisfied.
