This review is for Brian hertzberger, as nice as his man is he will be very incompetent sometimes not show up to record hearings he was due to show up to a CPS court hearing that was for a mother that just escaped domestic violence and saved her and her four children. The ex of the mother called CPS with falls allegations because he was mad that they were no longer together anyway Brian seeing all of the texts and audio and video evidence of the abuse of her and abuse of the children by the ex he has ignored it the only thing that he did one time out of a damn near year of going back and forth to Franklin county Court was till the court that the ex-neath anger management. He does not answer phone calls text emails he will get an attitude when he misses a court date or he gets a court date wrong and then when you text him and remind him hey you have court today with me your client he will get an attitude and tell you with great disdain that he does not need reminding which the man really does because multiple times he's gotten court dates and Court times wrong. He will be reported to the board of conduct of lawyers. He literally took himself off of the representation list for Franklin county Court 5 minutes before court was due to appear. When sending a bunch of evidence that will help the case to be tossed out because of false allegations he will ignore such evidence honestly not even sure if he actually reads any of it or not it is very hard to get a hold of this man. But magically me as an ex client of his when I try to get a hold of him for something that was being illegally done because my ex happens to be committing welfare fraud which Brian knew about he will ignore the evidence or ignore the phone calls or texts or emails but if you happen to have a doctor or counselor or someone else call he will definitely answer them I say this with great experience because I happen to have a counselor that actually called him and she actually got a hold of him on the first two rings when I beforehand a whole week or two before that was getting ignored the man does not keep up with dates and times very well he rather chit chat than get the job done when he says he's going to do something if not done whether he's a court appointed attorney or straight out of pocket attorney there's no excuse for this type of incompetence. It is bad enough Franklin county courts of Columbus Ohio is already incompetent discriminatory biased and now you have Mr Brian here to help push it along and make it worse. And as a side note apparently he does not have an actual website when you look up his name or address of his office it just has the location and a phone number I have not actually found an actual website for this. And in closing the worst thing about this withdrawing yourself without even talking to your client first beforehand with the client was trying to contact Mr Brian for weeks on end not even giving an appropriate reason to the court or giving an appropriate reason to the client of why you withdrawing at least 5 minutes before a week before to give time for another lawyer maybe 5 minutes before no unacceptable he is currently being reported to the board of conduct of lawyers.
