You can build your own e-commerce website with few clicks, it's easy to use and has a great look and getting better

They are always improving providing new features new helping tools to make editing your website and modifying it more easy

Easy to deal with, unlimited languages / currencies and too many themes to select based on your business.

This is the best platform I found in terms of payment options, shipping gateways, so many apps to cover all e-commerce needs, I can't believe there is an Arabic platform that has all this!

Thief company carried out $ 200 dollars by adding a gateway payment and four months ago they said we not appreciate the portal payment requested them returned the amount and after follow-up with them 3 months they said we will not return the money I think they are not a customer for the time and time

They're very helpful and easy to build the store and manage it from the dashboard, lots of apps and many features but i recommend to start in ultimate plan or enterprise plan, the lower plans have poor support

I have dealt with Expandcart for almost 14 months on Enterprise plan "highest category" to make an e-commerce website for my wife however they did not succeed to make it works nor to fulfill their promises by good designs.The website content completely erased in 1st day of launch. Their templates is not responsive on mobiles with very poor user experience.
Even the mobile application is published without my review and it was less than basic and repellent to UAE customers.
I have requested to refund the money of 2nd year subscription remaining amount against 10 months period and they refused and said that this is against their policy.
In conclusion, Very bad technical support and not professional in their work or handling their customers' needs.

The dashboard is so easy to use, very simple they provide a variety of themes for online store as well, simply they made the process of having a website which I thought would be huge, a very simple job

They support team is very helpfull and its easy to start a online business with them i was very worry in the begining but now my store is working very well and if i have any problem i always found a solution for it

Beware dealing this company ExpandCart when i request to transfer domain want get 200 USD to accept transfer domain to ather company

To be honest it is less than zero star. Its hard to get support from them. Cash on delivery fee is not working i send a question to them they answered me with the link where to manage it but what im telling them its not reflecting even i made the option on it. They told me that they will get back to me and checking with their specialist. ITS BEEN THREE DAYS NOW. I asked for update they answered me they are still checking. I bought a domain to them and i want to set up my business email. They have the option to manage the domain there is no option to create a CNAME nor update the dns records. I informed them i sent screenshot for them to understand that they doesnt have any option to manage the dns records, they send me the link to follow where but they didnt show what to do inside of it because its nothing. They told me that they will be checking it with their specialist but its been 2 days now i havent receive any update from them. I feel that they dont even care thats why im planning to move to Shopify but i need to connect my Domain there but i am not able to do so because there is no option to manage the dns from expandcart

This is a useless website
Their Templates is not working and most of the time their website is having Issue, Plus no support at all and once you build your store and launch it they will be asking for more money and actually if you stop the service they own your domain so they own your business!

No recommendation its a scam and fraud

Best ecommerce platform for any size business. From the person that sells stuff out of their garage to Fortune 500 companies doing thousands of orders a day, this platform does it all. Simple to set up easy to learn and reliable with a 99.99% uptime, so you don't have to worry about anything but selling your product or service.

I subscribed with this Egyptian company that has no address at all and after i paid the big amount and added my products i found that there is no support although i paid extra for each service, Then they increased the price and once i didn't pay the increase they shut down the store and asked for money money
In simple they are not trusted and you can find this from the way they communicate
Not recommend, i spent in one year 3000$ for nothing

I've built my online store on ExpandCart and I am really impressed first they don't charge fees on my sales they have a very nice templates and they helped me in marketing campaign... I think its the next Shopify

They Take your money and have no support; Just subscribe and build your store and you will see how they will start controlling you.
FYI most of the people rating the website good are Expandcart support staff!

We subscribed to build an online store with expandcart.com; First of all its a personal entity not a company and you can never know were they exist but we knew it was Egypt only
Second the Template they give will not work at all; It is to slow and the links will never work and most of the time there is no support
Third we agreed on 99% a month then after we launched our website they changed it to 139$ and they stooped our website
Fourth they will own you domain and never give it back; so you will be working for them
Fifth; most of their application and commitment in their adds will not work and any change they will ask for money

I dont recoomend to use thier website; we lost more then 4000$ money and lost our business

Expandcart team are very helpful and I actually making a very good profit using this platform. I highly recommend it

Their team helped me build my first online store, and it was a lot of success for me, didn't have to worry about any technical stuff, was just focusing on my products and handling orders.
