Amazing help from staff!

My experience with Exercise.com and especially Sage has been amazing. From the very beginning Sage has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. It never takes her very long to respond to ANY question I may have and she is always able to assist me. She even will check in on me if she hasn't heard from me.
Exercise.com offers an incredible platform for trainers and coaches that I highly recommend. And Sage really is the best!

Exercise.com Software

Exercise.com Software is a very robust and intuitive software that fits my personal training business very well. It easily interfaces with payment services, online training, and streaming classes. The staff is very knowledgeable but seems a bit over worked or too busy for the less tech savvy. I thought the onboarding was way too brief but they do make themselves available, however, the response time is slow. The time zone issue was a reoccurring problem. I think they could have set my expectations better in the beginning as to what to expect with the app, as well as, making the payment plans fit my business model.

This is a great alternative to having an app built from scratch and investing multiple 5 figures.

They got me up and running quickly and were very receptive to any changes that I wanted made (short of adding specialty one-off custom features that required significant development).

I've been working primarily with Alyssa who's customer service is exemplary. She's responsive, detail-oriented, and is good at strategizing solutions to make the app function best for my clients.

Highly recommended!

We love how easy it is to set up an exercise program, the integrations we're able to use to improve our existing workflow, and automate most of the work that allows us to focus on serving our customers the best we can daily. Our favorite part about this platform can save exercises, video demonstrations, and exercise descriptions that we can re-use later—no more for us having to build fitness programs from the ground up.
