Billed Me Incorrectly

Cancelled March 16th - had copy of cancellation letter. Contract was up - didn't owe them anymore. Equipment was returned as someone else had already moved into the property and was using their internet.
They then proceeded to bill me $119 April 16th after I cancelled account and returned equipment.
And then May 16th they (yesterday) they charged me a little over $300 again even though I cancelled on March 16th and equipment was returned.
Horrible.
