Very easy transaction. I did have an issue with the part that I ordered. The customer service response was great, and I had no issues with the return process.

Placed my order on a Thursday afternoon and it got here the following Thursday, just in time to enjoy my new jacket and gloves on the slopes that weekend!

I have only shopped mail order, ski boots and all, and have been very pleased! All products have been high quality. Just wish there were stores in my area.

Very organized site. I wish I could organize the clearance items to find things more easily but I was still able to find what I needed without any difficulty.

There was NO shipment information enclosed what-so-ever. Had there been a problem...had some-thing not fit... There would have been nothing I could have done about it.

Product had to be returned. Return shipping labels were supplied and items were sent back with no problem. Am now waiting for my account to be credited with return.

UPS claimed inclement weather on the day my package was due for delivery, though my package was nowhere near the storm to the north and all of the area schools were open that day.

Wanted a good board and pads for our grandsons Christmas, and found them here at a good price and they arrived very quickly. He will open them today, I'm sure he will be thrilled.

I ordered in store pickup. It was there the next day. I was able to go in and get my bindings mounted on my skis while I waited. Great service, great price, great site!

Order process was simple and my stuff arrived right on time. Ive made two purchases from EVO and both have gone very smoothly. Next time I need gear i plan on using EVO.

Would have liked the bindings to be already mounted to the skis when they arrived but had to wait another 10 days to use them because I had to bring them into a shop

I am a little concerned with the minimal amount of padding placed in the shipping box. There was only one piece of padding that was not even in place when I opened the package.

Beeing a brazilian, buying snowboarding gear, I´ve found everything very easy to understand, the tips by video, made by the staff, were pretty nice too.

I live in Canada, and it was frustrating because you were not able to ship the item to me. I would be much more willing to purchase from you if you shipped to Canada.

I only wish you had the retro 10 boot - but I like the retro 11 design too. Now I only hope they are wide enough for my wide feet - been having trouble finding wide enough boots...
