Great customer service in store... easy to use website. However, I had to call the store to confirm they received my order. This info should be provided on the website.

Everything was great! We got the skis and bindings we wanted at a great price and delivery was on time. I highly recommend EVO and will order from them again!

Easy to use site and very helpful customer service. I still haven't had the boots fitted so I can not speak to the comfort or quality of the boots yet.

A product that looked exactly the same (but with an inner fleece lining) was out there - and I was not able to tell if this one had a fleece lining or not. It didn't and I returned it.

I was able to find things that i am likely to buy soon, but for snowboards it would be nice to have inches on the sizing chart as well. It took me a while to figure out what size board to buy.

I've been check on evo.com for a really long time and finally I found what I want. Though it took a long time for the shipment, but it's fine, I still need to wait for 1 month for the Winter.

Sometimes the inconsistent product reviews can leave you confused, unable to make comparisons. Sometimes the year or detail about product line is missing.

My shopping experience was easy and convenient. Plenty of information about the product (height/weight chart, detailed material and seam placement) and the design.

I was shopping for a product at a bargin price and it was achieved and i am happy. I do my research and wait for your bargins. I am a cheap I guess but only ski 15 days ayear but i do buy good stuff transfire r2 and k2 rictors I am 51 and cannot wait to tear my teenagers tails up One for the old baby talking smack to the teenagers. They want new equipment now I told them to get a job.

I had a lot of problems trying to get the bindings mounted at a shop. There should some notification on the site that the bindings actually have an Atomic track instead of a Salomon track.

There was only one view of the product. I could not see the back to confirm if there were back pockets. The product arrived stains (looks like washed out blood stains) on the front leg.

Liked the boot fitting overview and in this case, the price. Was unable to find the same boot/size locally so I was happy to find it through Evo and at a lower cost than locally.

Easy, slightly limited selection, but what I was looking for. The price was reasonable, although I had to pay for shipping to make sure it got delivered before the day before Christmas.

This is a back up purchase to the coat that was delayed twice. $$It happens. I appreciate the willingness to accelerate the delivery of this one, free of charge, for the delays.
