I joined up to get a 10% off my first purchase code. I entered the code, site told me it was valid but it did not take any additional percentage off the price.

The shopping experience was good, but I would like to be able to send an item as a gift with a gift receipt as well as place multiple address orders at one time.

Bought new powder skis from Evo last year, and was very happy with their service and price so when I wanted new all mt. Skis I went to Evo again. Great buying experience.

Great service and pricing. My complaint is that I bought a pair of skis that was supposed to be slightly used and it has signs of heavy use. Now I need to return them which is a big hassle.

I recently moved and a few days after I got the shipping notice I realized it was going to my old house. I called their customer service and they redirected it no problem.

Shopping is easy. Free shipping time for the order of approximately 2 weeks is very long and charges for faster shipping are high. My opinion but this most be what the carrier charges.

It was OK. I don't think it was noticeably easier or more difficult than other sites. I do like being able to put items in a "cart" so that I can compare items.

I started ordering with Evo this year, and it has been flawless. They provide the customer with all the info you need before and after the order process, they also have great products!

The customer service was great all around from the chat team to the 1-800 line. For a non skier buying ski's, could not have been more seamless and the skis and bindings were a huge hit!

I'd stopped by the PDX store a while back to try on boots and have been contemplating the purchase for a while. Sale price sealed the deal. Folks in the shop were super helpful and knowledgeable.
