Good so far however custom service is also very important so I am hoping the entire purchase experience will be good. We will see after delivery if all is acceptable.

Easy to navigate the sight. Good prices too. My original purchase was too small. Customer service was great at assisting me with the return and exchange!

Only complaint is that it would be very helpful if you cross-linked bindings and boards for compatibility. The descriptions of the connections can be a little confusing for the novice.

Nice selection, limited on face masks/balaclava items however. Also, when searching jackets, it would be nice to have a "zipper ventilated" selection on the search bar.

I am quite insecure about possible shipping damage. Otherwise it was very simple. The product was packaged with nothing inside the box to protect it or keep it tightly secured.

The only disappointing part of the experience was not being able to order Burton products. We can purchase them in Canada so don't understand why we can't order them online.

It went fine as expected. However until I receive wetsuit (as ordered) I will have to reserve judgment. You do have some negative reviews on internet.
