I asked a question over a week ago about bindings I ordered regarding the hardware and comparability with my wakeboard but never got a reply. Otherwise, everything is 4-5 stars.

Good i just wish one of my items wasnt removed from my cart because of inventory while i was still shopping. And the pants I ordered said regular fit and they are super tight.

I asked customer service why the vest I ordered was not included in the winter sale. No one ever responded and I was charged the full price.
Otherwise, product is great, shipping time fast.

My entire shopping experience on this website was done using a smartphone. The website was easy to navigate on a phone and I did not have any issues that occur on some mobile websites.

I bought z12 ski bindings but called to see if I could get 80mm brakes instead of 90mm. I was told i would need to buy bindings with the 90mm brakes and purchase 80mm brakes separate. I bought the bindings because the price was good, but was disappointed that i couldn't the brakes i wanted.

Easy to navigate site. Saves what I look at so I can compare to other similar items. I looked at a lot of other sites evo.com was the best in price, navigation and service.

Shipping button would not work. I'm getting stuff shipped to AK but it would only let me continue by checking 2 day shipping. Shipping in general to AK is more then the product itself!

Easy to select the item and place the order. I received this email about this special price on the helmet which was great since my helmet is pretty old and in need of replacing.

Great...except the shipping cost to Canada is a little over the top. If you could bring down the cost of cross border shipping that would be great. That said, it arrived right on time!
