As a person that travels a lot, I must admit that applying for a visa online was the best that could happen to me. It doesnt take much time and is very comfortable. I always hated that you need to visit the office and wait god knows how many hours for your turn in the queue. With Evisa Express my application for Sri Lanka eta was fast and convenient. They sent me the approval after a week or something. Good service.
Terrible experience, resulting in a negative rating. I availed their services to obtain a Saudi eVisa. Shockingly, they overcharged me, and to make matters worse, a few of my children's visa applications were inexplicably rejected without any clarification. It's evident that they are involved in fraudulent activities, as they charged excessively for certain visas. Notably, they operate from Poland, adding to their dubious reputation. This agency appears to lack transparency and integrity. Regrettably, they did not process a refund despite their mistakes. Consequently, I was compelled to engage in numerous interactions with the Saudi Embassy to rectify the situation. I strongly advise against taking any risks with them – prioritize your peace of mind.

Right away when I summited my application I just wanted to withdraw it as it was super expensive fee for €249! 10 times while the immigration actually only charge you for $25!
You won't find the amount they gonna to charge you as it was a very tiny gray number hiding at the corner of the pages. Immediately I sent them emails and tried to cancel this order but no reply as it's on Saturday. No one answered the hotline as it's on Saturday. Then I applied an Visa for exactly the same information on Sunday through Immigration directly. And called Evisa Express on Monday then they told me it is impossible to cancel my order as it was summited to immigration right away when receiving my application. Yes they have people to check email and send applications out but no one will response to your request! Your guys are just lying! And tell me that the fee is higher as my entry day is near! Excuse me I applied the same visa from Immigration Department one day later and it is just a normal one not rush or emergency!

Kindly be informed that standard processing time for Vietnamese evisa is 5 working days, whereas it's 1-2 business days for rush processing. Your declared date of travel was less than 5 working days away at the time you submitted the application, which is why the website informed you that rush processing would be required in order to secure the evisa on time. Please note that the price will always be higher if you apply for a visa through a third party as it includes service and transaction fees on top of the consular fee paid to the Immigration Office. The final cost of our service is always presented to the Applicant during the payment stage - the amount may vary depending on the chosen evisa type and processing option, so it is shown after the relevant information has been provided. We would also like to point out that rush processing is not available on the Immigration Department's website and there is no guarantee that a traveller would receive their entry permit before their departure for Vietnam.
As for our hotline, it is available from Monday to Friday, 8AM-4PM CET. There is a dedicated Support Team actively answering our Customers' queries via email on the weekends, when it is not possible to contact us by phone.

This vendor intentionally sponsors and appears as the first search result, presenting itself as the official website for applying for a visa to Vietnam. However, it charges over three times the original price that the embassy charges and may not reveal the inflated price until the last payment step. No additional OPT authentication is required to complete and check the transaction price.
Moreover, even if you withdraw the application within a few minutes of submitting it due to the excessive charges, you cannot receive any response or refund from the vendor.

I recently purchased online visa for Korea. Aplication was easy, there aren't many questions. But the process could be faster. They say that it is only 3 easy steps but it takes some time to finish aplication. A good thing is they have their website in Spanish. Overall I can recomend this site.
I thought this was the official visa site, It said I had to get an urgent visa at 249 euros for Vietnam for a week, it said the earliest I would get it was in 5 days time, for 249 euros. When it came up in Euros and with this SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA after I said. I knew I had been ripped off, still no money back from PayPal. They tried to get me to pay an additional 50 euros to. Release the visa I had cancelled. I nearly cancelled my flight and accomodation as I was flying in 3 days. DO NOT USE THEM. DO NOT BELIEVE PAYPAL WILL GET YOUR MONET BACK.

A standard Vietnamese evisa application usually takes 5 business days to be processed. As your declared date of travel was less than 5 working days away at the time you submitted the application, our website informed you that rush processing had to be applied in order to ensure timely issuance of the evisa. Kindly note that rush processing is not available on the Immigration Department's website - this is a unique service and that's why it entails a higher processing fee. The 2-business-day rush option costs 249 EUR whereas the 1-business-day one costs 299 EUR - in the case of your application, the latter option had to be applied to secure your evisa before your planned departure for Vietnam and that is why our Support Team contacted you concerning the additional 50 EUR fee.

The process was a bit costly due to the rush processing, but I must say that I received the visa on time. While the price was quite expensive, the peace of mind of knowing that my visa would arrive on schedule was priceless.
I had good experience with Evisa Express. They were really hepful and ansered all my questions. The process was fast and easy and I got my evisa to NZ in no time. But the prices are high. Could be cheaper
I am planning a trip to India soon (in the middle of May 2023) and I needed to apply for a visa. I was searching for some way to not visit the embassy - I've heard it takes a lot of time. Instead, I found out you can apply for an India visa online. Evisa Express issued my visa fast. I had no problems with application and I had a ready visa in a few days. Very professional.

I used Evisa Express to get my electronic visa and I must say, I was qutie impressed. Whole process was so easy!. All I had to do was fill out the online application and after a few minutes I had my visa in my inbox. I would definitely recomend them to anyone looking for a reliable online visa company.

My review and experience I share. I submitted paper through evisa express for oman evisa. I'm UAE resident. I got visa within 3-4 hours even holiday for EID. Great job.

I got charged 375 aed for a a visa that I can get for free on arrival to Oman. And when I made the complaint the answer was ( it's mentioned on the internet that it's free and you decided to do it with us! What a joke! Unprofessional. As they ask you about all details before applying they should come back to you with an honest answer if this application is chargeable or not. Not getting every single opportunity to steal people money!

We are a private Agency, therefore the price you are paying includes visa fee, service fee and processing fee, as an assigned Agent is taking care of your file and makes sure the application process goes smoothly.
They made this look like a legitimate government website but in reality they take your information and money. DO NOT PAY or enter any info.
I made the mistake on paying and will be filing a chargeback from my credit card.
