Was so excited to buy my dream earrings, but they arrived broken. Contacted EvesAddiction and they refused to send me a shipping label to return the item. Why should I have to pay to ship back an item that arrived damaged when I already paid to have it shipped to me in the first place? I finally conceded and mailed the earrings back at my own expense. One and a half months later, I still have not received my refund and they are ignoring my emails. Quality is not worth price tag and customer service is a joke. Would never shop there again.

I purchased 5 small charms on 12/29 with guarantee for Christmas. After 3 emails and me calling them and never answering, it finally arrived USPS although they first said it was coming FED EX and then DHL, it arrived on 1/31 but the order wasn't filled properly and although the charms were ordered in silver, one came in gold. In the process of trying to get an exchange. Also, the day after charges were made my credit card had $4000 worth of Walmart.com gift cards put on my credit card. Not sure when this all happened but very disappointed with Eve's Addiction and their promises and their customer service.

AWFUL company do not buy

Not a reliable company! They do not keep their word. I ordered a product and needed to return it so I called within 12 hours to cancel the order and the rep on the phone told me no problem they will cancel it and not charge me. One day later I get an email saying the order was shipped and my credit card was charged multiple times. I called back and they said they had no record of my Previous conversation meanwhile all conversations are recorded. Now I have to dispute the charge through my credit card. Not trustworthy at all!

This will need another update but I wanted to be fair. They did not contact me via e-mail so I made a phone call. The service representative was very polite and helpful. They will be replacing my keychain. I made the error of not recognizing the portrait/landscape mode when ordering so she will change that for me. So upon arrival of the replacement I will update when I see what that looks like. But, I wanted everyone to know that through a phone call they were helpful. Now, whether it happens is another story. Will keep everyone posted. Also, they were quick about the phone process.

Horrible engraving

I ordered a silver keychain for my nephew for Christmas. It was oval. They did the engraving portrait instead of landscape so they would have had more room to make the letters larger also the engraving was so faded it was barely readable. It will wear off after a couple of uses of being in his pocket. I have contacted them and am waiting to hear back but if they don't make good and judging by these reviews it doesn't look good, I say stay away. I notice they don't have the reviews on their sight. I should have researched more. Shame on me. I hear will update when I back to be fair.

I bought a circle pendant necklace (as of today, 9/20/2015, I have had it for seven days) and I cannot be more disappointed. A few days after receiving it the circle pendant oxidized, as well as the clasp. For being a gold-plated-silver metal, having a 925-sterling metal stamp, and costing $60.20 it should NOT be oxidized. I will never buy from this website again because it has lost my trust completely. Shopping on this website taught me a lesson, I should not be blinded by the words "Google Trusted Store."

Poor quality

These people are practically scammers. Ordered a birthstone necklace that looked amazing in the picture for my mom. When it came the stones were all lopsided and at different heights. Additionally, they had glue all over them like some preschooler had assembled it. Wish I could return it but since it is a "personalized gift" I'm stuck with it. I absolutely will NOT give this to my mom. Only wish I had a better use for it than the trash. Please don't waste your time or money here.

I am so disappointed... this was a $50 mistake. The engraving is unreadable. I am just so sad. I rarely spend this kind of money on myself and it was a complete waste... will never order from here again.

I ordered a necklace for my daughter to wear at her wedding. I paid $10 for expedited shipping and it took 10 days to arrive. It did not arrive until 3 days after my daughter's wedding. I asked Eve's Addiction to refund the $10 expedited fee since it was certainly not expedited and they refused. I am returning the item at my cost, eating the extra $10 I paid in expedited shipping and hopefully they will refund the rest. I will never order from this company again and would not encourage others to do so. The item I ordered looked cheap. I am glad that I also ordered a necklace from Amazon in case this one did not arrive on time.

Deceitful

Please don't waste your time with these people, esp if you need something by a certain time. I paid for $9.99 for 2 items ea for 24HOUR shipping. Plus another $8.95 for Priority Mail. They say I'm expected to get my first item a week after I ordered it, certainly NOT 24hrs! I called to cancel and they won't, so now I have to get into a credit card complaint for false advertising. Crappy service!

Ordering from this company was a mistake and one I will never make again. I ordered my mother in law an engraved personalized necklace on the 25th of August and a week later had no updated email about delays or what stage it was at.

I had to reach out myself and was told sent to warehouse for processing. Warehouse? Isn't this a personalized/engraved necklace? Okay, a week later nothing being updated. I wish I had research like I normally do before ordering. Having below 2 stars on this site and two others showed me need to get a refund immediately and contact bank to warn of fraud if they didn't cancel.

I called and was told "can see if can cancel" then an email saying couldn't. Unacceptable answers and told them so. I want my almost $200 bucks back and will get it back by end of week via them or my bank due to fraud. Choice is their's.

Ordered a personalized necklace for my mom's birthday with all her grandkids names and birthstones. The jewelry arrived damaged. The actual charm is messed up. It is super thin and super cheap. I made a better necklace at hobby lobby and spent less then half of what I spent here. They don't even offer to pay for the return shipping. Will not do refunds because it was personalized. But it was damaged and crap. After $94 I am disappointed and frustrated. They want me to do an exchange? What guarantee do I have that it will arrive undamaged and absolutely no guarantee of it being quality jewelry. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!

Rethink your purchase

I ordered a custom bracelet from Eve's Addiction as a Christmas present for my Grandma. I spent around $50 (after 30% off and free shipping) and I regret my purchase. A few days later I realized I was charged twice for the bracelet. I contacted customer support and was able to speak to a representative after one hour of waiting. The representative said she was able to void the second charge and I should see it disappear within a few days. Luckily, the extra charge did disappear after a few days so I did not have to go through the stress of calling again. I received the necklace yesterday and I was not impressed. The jewel clarity is poor and it looks cheap overall. If the price was lower I would not be complaining, but for the price I paid I expected better quality. I would consider other avenues for custom jewelry or shop in person to find quality products.

I would not even give this company one star. Disappointed in their customer service. They don't even make the customer feel valued. When their merchandise falls apart, they are not willing to fix or replace it. In this case, a stone feel out on a ring. They still sell the ring but will not replace a tiny stone.

Ordered a vertical bar necklace and had it engraved. It came tarnished straight from the mail. I emailed them right away and told them about it. They said that since it's silver, it is expected to tarnish. It hasn't even worn and it's already tarnished? The only solution they can come up with is to send me a cloth to polish the necklace and a discount for my next order. Are you kidding me? Why will I buy again knowing their products are very low quality. The vertical bar in the photo on their website is rounded edges, mine came with sharp edges, and all they can tell me is that probably the angle and lighting of their photograph seems to have made the necklace look rounded edges. Arrrgh. Will never never buy again from this website. Waste of money!
