I ordered a sign from everything neon. The sign fell off the wall because the chain the company provided to hang it with broke. I called them and they said they would work with me but the sign was no longer on warranty. By working with me that meant they gave me a quote to replace the sign for 350.00 more than I paid for it originally. That's how they work with their customers!
This sign is so bright that it can almost light up my entire restaurant, just what I needed! The sign is of great quality I can tell. I know I've made the right decision.

Our company has ordered multiple neon OPEN signs from everythingneon.com over the past several years (at least 10-12 signs). Within the past year we have started to have problems with the neon going out less than 6 months after we receive the signs. Multiple conversations with their customer service department have resulted in NO help. They want us to send the signs back, but we are not able to find shipping companies that will accept the responsibility to ship neon signage. They also want us to do our own service, including rewiring new parts, not even knowing if that is the issue.
All in all we have had a VERY disappointing experience with everythingneon.com. All of our interactions with their customer service department have been confrontational and they are very defensive. Both the low-quality products we have been receiving and the poor customer service their company has shown us are unacceptable. We have now sourced a better product from another company and have started purchasing our OPEN signs elsewhere.
With this business model I dont feel they will be in business long.
I bought two neon signs from here with custom lettering. After Barely one year the sign stopped working. I emailed them and drove over an hour to their location to get it fixed. They told me a new transformer was needed so I paid the $80. I made sure to ask how long this new transformer would last and they said I had a one year warranty for the new part. I had the sign up for not even one week and the neon did not work again. I emailed them and they refused to get it fixed and told me I needed to spend $400 to re do all the lettering. I had no choice but to find my own methods of fixing this neon sign. I contacted other electricians to look at the sign and they said the new transformer they put In was 8KV and for that much lettering it Atleast needed a 12kv transformer. I bought one on Amazon for $70 dollars installed it myself and now it's working again. So freaken ridiculous this company was just absolutely horrid to work with. I would never Reccomend them to anyone and I highly suggest you find a different neon company as this company will mess up your sign and lie on their warranties
I am so happy with the out come of my order. I customized the sign and received the way I wanted to be. Its not a 100% exactly the same on the website, but I am very satisfied on how it looks like. You guys are great.
The company and his team took great care helping us design our amazing signage within our budget. I especially like use of up to date Neon's and materials that insure our signs are built to last. The company went above and beyond to accommodate us and I would highly accommodate and would highly recommend this company.

When our friend suggested 'EVERYTHING NEON' Signs we were so excited. We sent them a picture of what we wanted and they made it PERFECTLY.
This company goes above and beyond to meet client expectations. The customer service from the person handling the designs to the individuals installing the signs. The customer service is excellent.
