This sounds like a wonderful show, the ticket buying was pretty good locating seats at first a little confusing, but I got help and everything was pretty smooth sailing after that. Check out was easy.

The process is fairly simple to navigate, response time is considerably long... a customer usually wants to have control of their purchase as soon as they have spent their money! We'll see how it goes!
Checkout was a bit confusing. The summary of charges shown on the left side of the screen was higher then what was shown on the right side of the screen by roughly $500. Nowhere was detail given for what that difference was due to.
