I bought Dua Lipa tickets, floor seats back on September 16.2021. Fast forward to Feb 27, they said my tickets would be ready. Never received them. Called them the 28th and the lady said I would be guaranteed tickets for the show to call again around 1230 or 530 the latest on March 1. Well yesterday came and never received my tickets still. When I called they told me that the seller could not get or retrieve the tickets. SO ON THE DAY OFF 4 HOURS BEFORE IM TOLD I HAVE NO TICKETS. The best they could do was level 200 with limited view. WTF why would I want that. How can you let someone sell tickets they don't even have!? And then don't guarantee them. I purchased tickets from stubhub and called to ask if the seller can release them. They didn't answer and GUESS WHAT I STILL GOT MY $#*!ING TICKETS BECAUSE HE ACTUALLY HAD THEM. Then when I wanted to speak to a supervisor some superficial stupid $#*! woman kept saying for what? ITS NONE OF YOUR DAMN BUSINESS. Whatever happened to customers are right bull$#*!. Clearly if I want to speak to a manager I'm upset. Yall guaranteed tickets and it wasn't. You weren't going to let me know either and keep my 900 dollar. You guys are stealers and frauds. Don't believe what other people write. Except that they are expensive. Stupid dumb $#*! ticket center. That's why some people already said use stubhub or ticketmaster. Better quality. You lost a customer idc If I'm just one person. You guys suck hairys
