The website was easy to order tickets and it was nice to see that your can buy protection for you purchase. The only thing I had a hard time was finding the area where I can save 10% on my purchase. It said use SAVE1S3CNKC in checkout, but there was so spot to enter it into too, :(

I really liked the experience it was very quick and easy.
Bought tickets for a show that currently starts in one hour… never received tickets, was on the phone with managers every hour for days, and actually just got an email that I was refunded and was never provided me with an explanation. I was informed that my tickets were gonna be confirmed 5 days ago…. Never got. Spend the extra time to check LiveNation or TicketMaster where the tickets are real and VALID and you will be so much happier. This is a third party site so 50/50 shot of plans going smoothly. This was a chaotic mess and I'll never do again.
Update: bought TicketMaster off a friend 5 min before the concert… amazing night. Do the extra research to find a legit site and don't use this one. Trust me.
