This site was easy to navigate. I thought the extra fees and charges were excessive and expensive. I'm not 100% comfortable with not getting my tickets immediately and having to wait several days up to the day prior to the event.

The process for searching and buying is easy, however you are left with a foul taste in your mouth when you see Service fees at about 20% of the ticket price, plus $10 for "delivery" - which is via email and totally just makes you feel like you were scammed.
Looking back, it also doesn't confirm your seats are together - this review is just post purchase, I haven't got the tickets delivered yet (says it's a week away, which again as it's digital doesn't make a lot of sense), which makes me feel a bit of buyers remorse. Hopefully this ends well.
Update: Tickets came through earlier than originally stated, so so far so good.
