When buying tickets, it shows the cost of the ticket, but you don't see the Service Fee until the screen with the Submit option, so if you accidentally hit Submit, YOU CANNOT GET A REFUND. When I called to inquire about a refund, you have to listen to a recording offering the option to call back over and over and over. After 20 minutes, I finally said, "customer service" and someone picked up and said they told me they could resell the ticket, but we have to pay one of the Service Fees. Why don't they give you the Service Fee cost BEFORE you see the option to Submit. The Service Fee was a forth of the cost of the ticket. THEY ARE CRIMINAL!
