Bought two tickets for the 6-23-23 Kerwin Claiborne show at Arlington Cinema Drafthouse. The original cost of the tickets were $30,ea. This company added $217.40 in charges for the tickets. Well, the show was cancelled so I called the support team only for him (Emre) to act like he didn't have a clue of the cancellation. Contacted my bank and filed a fraudulent claim hoping they close this fake company down. I told you that I'm going to flood your reviews so you won't scam anyone else!

Scammed almost $900 from this company. They charged us, claimed they sent tickets (never did) and then found out they resold our tickets and never refunded or sent. Buyer beware that this company is a scam. Look up all the trust pilot and other reviews. Speaks for itself. This company will go out of business fast. Joseph S was awful at customer care and told us opposite of what the customer phone service said (all recorded for records). Thankfully we booked w amex and they have our backs on this clear scam.
