This experience with Event Tickets Center was my first. I am pleased with how easy it was to order these tickets. I hope that there isn't any trouble when I go to check in to the event. It would be extra nice to be surprised with an upgrade to the track when we get there but I won't count on it.

Using this service was very easy, the only improvement would be actually seeing the seats you are buying.
I know the seats I purchased are in row AA, but I won't find out where in this row I'll be until after I purchase them. I prefer an Aisle seat and would pay more to get one, but that is not an option here.

Everything was great except for being rushed to checkout. I got a phone call that I had to take during the checkout process and felt stressed trying to talk on the phone and checkout within the time given. If someone dawdles while checking out and loses out on the tickets it's their fault so why put the timer on there and make it stressful to checkout?
User Friendly, easy to navigate and good information
Tickets to Beach Boys were a good price. But the $20 "processing fee" add-on per ticket was not disclosed up front. I would still have bought them anyway, but perhaps would have chosen different seats. Up front disclosure is the only fair way to price tickets. This reeks of the same kind of pricing the airlines use now. Just tell us the whole price up front, please!
