Would give a zero if I could! Eventticketcenter.com, apparently, use different sellers/ purchasers. I attempted to order opera tickets through Merrill Auditorium and was redirected to this eventticketscenter.com. At the time, I should have been suspicious, but for a variety of reasons, failed to recognize the false redirect! Apparently, Merrill Auditorium has been the victim of bots redirecting sales to sites like this! Tickets are scalped to ridiculous high rates AND the tickets were not recognized as valid at Merrill! I hold no blame with Merrill Auditorium! I hold myself responsible. After eventticketscenter.com "review " AND my credit card company review, it was determined the tickets were legitimate! LOLOLOL! The tickets were NOT legitimate! Although, I do not have "proof" I was told the tickets were not accepted, I had to procure more tickets! Lesson: be very careful ordering anything online! Even the best of us can be suckered! Eventicketscenter.com is nothing more than criminal, fraudulent site for many sales! Buyer beware! AND if you are ever redirected to this site or any other, confirm where you are, and leave! I got screwed. You don't want to! Oh, still an ongoing issue! Main issue: being redirected to a scam/scalper site! Will be reviewing on as many sites as I can! Merrill Auditorium was apparently hacked in this instance! And, interestingly enough, eventsticketcenter.com has all their paperwork and responses ready to go when a situation like this comes up!

Received a notice from EventTicketsCenter about the Pepsi Battle of the Bands at NRG stadium. I wanted to go, and did not want to miss out what may have been a sold out" event, I purchased tickets through EventTicketsCenter. The seller charged and I paid over 3x the stadium costs for the ticket, even though tickets were still available. This mark-up is outrageous! If an event is not sold out avoid EventTicketsCenter and go directly event sight for tickets.

The website was easy enough but why the heck is there a $21 service fee per ticket and a $10 delivery fee for a electric ticket? This is unacceptable.
