I bought tickets for a concert there for the first time. What I didn't realize, the crooked page puts tickets from other locations right under the tickets from the location you were searching for. So, under the impression, I'm buying for my searched location just for an earlier date, I bought tickets for a completely different location (which they only display in a tiny little text).
I wrote to customer service right away, when I noticed it on my tickets. 2 days later (on the event day) they reply, telling me they don't refund and I should try to sell the items. Of couse you can imagine, that on the day of the event, I probably won't find anybody and the money I spent is for the birds.
First and last time I bought something from this crooked company. I honestly hope they go out of business with these pratices.
