I bought TV Girl Tickets for my girls three months ago (July 2023) for a concert that was tonight (Oct 1). I don't do concerts a lot, so when I spend a lot of money on it, I like to be certain I'm not getting scammed. I shopped around and events ticket center had compatible prices to ticket master and elsewhere...(I did not want to pay the outrageous Ticketmaster fee that got added on) so events ticket center was actually cheaper... ordered my tickets not realizing I wouldn't immediately get the tickets. When I got my order confirmation it told me they wouldn't be sent to me til the day of the concert... i freaked out and immediately went to reviews thinking I got scammed... the reviews were AWFUL! I have anxiety about stuff like this so I spent three months worrying. I had reached out via email twice asking if there was anyway I could get them early, ensure they work, etc... each time, customer service emailed back, was polite, said that the venue hasn't released them yet, and were actually understanding to my nervousness... well, I ended up getting the tickets in my email with easy instructions on how to claim them 5 Days early! So, then I worried from Tuesday to today if they were going to work... the girls and my husband went and went me a pic as soon nas they were in... the tickets worked no problem! I never leave reviews unless they are bad. This situation taught me to leave good reviews too in case others are freaking out like I did... I will probably not order through here again just because I do like immediately having the tickets in hand, but tonight did work a lot better than I thought it would so if you read all the bad reviews, please consider this one too...
