If I could give a negative I would. I bought tickets for Victoria Monet concert. That was at the Van Buren. They sold me tickets that were suppose to come with seats. The tickets event had seat numbers on them. I have an injury that makes it hard to stand for long periods of time. So I was happy to be able to enjoy and have a seat when needed. However when I get to the venue there were no seats for me and staff looked confused when I asked where seating was. I was simply told it's standing room only. I immediately emailed them with my complaint and wanted to be refunded the difference of the general admission since I was overcharged for seat that weren't even there. Their customer service was of no assistance and showed no empathy towards my experience. I would never buy a ticket from here again. I strongly recommend buying from actual venue to guarantee experience expected..

Had some difficulty with seating selection not provided prior to purchase. We were not told until purchase was made that seats were no longer available. We had to go back to ordering tickets and were then successful with our purchase.
Was able to find tickets but when it came time to paying, it wouldn't allow me to link to PayPal and didn't give me an error message so I had to scramble to put in a credit card number

As we've explained before, on multiple different emails and review sites, The term “GA” and “SRO” would mean "General Admission” or "Standing Room Only” (ie: you’ll access the area allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis and not receive an actual reserved seat). Venues only label GA/SRO tickets with numbers (sometimes seat numbers) to count the number of tickets they distribute to customers. We have proof that we sent emails with this information. We are merely a marketplace, a platform to connect buyers with sellers. We are not associated with any venue or box office. We did not lie or mislead - looking at the seating chart on our website, we only have standing room tickets available on the seating chart for any event on our site.
