I purchased tickets from event tickets center for an event I was very excited about. The tickets were supposed to be at the box office for will call the night of the event. I even called Event Ticket Center in advance to be sure I didn't need an electronic ticket.
When I got there, they had no record of my name or any purchase made.
The only reason I briefly thought of giving two stars instead of one is that customer service picked up the phone right away, but essentially they just kept stating that there was nothing they could do, and that they had to file "an invalid ticket" claim.
But here I am giving them one star, because even though the invalid claim was filed, they now say that I "cannot prove the ticket was invalid", despite being sent email proof from the venue itself! So even though I obtained the "proof" they asked for, I still get no refund.
Very disappointing and stressful. I'm trying to re-open yet another ticket claim, but my hopes are low at this stage.
