Everything went well with this purchasing experience, but I'm honestly only using the company because of a voucher I received for the horrible experience I had last time (I didn't receive my tickets for my previous event and wasn't told until a few hours prior to the event). I'm hoping this experience will be better and I'll be able to go to my event.

I don't know how it's possible but I bought the tickets, the money was taken from my account and I was ready. The day before the event, they canceled my tickets. Highly upset and disappointed. This needs to be fixed. How can someone buy a ticket and then have it revoked? Night ruined
