Easy to use, but the service charges are just out of hand at this point. $5-15 is reasonable. If you're going to rip off customers, just charge higher ticket prices and pay the services on the back end. Paying high ticket prices is better than feeling like you're getting nickeled and aimed. If I could save $30+ by going to a physical location and paying cash I would. Paying a service charge for an automated process is robbery. Convenient for profits, not for customers, especially since you don't even have to pay an employee to make the sale!
